1.2. Intellectual Property & Copyright Protection
All designs, website content, and materials are owned by Renge Designs unless otherwise stated.
All works are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India) and international copyright treaties (Berne Convention, TRIPS).
Purchase or licensing does not transfer copyright unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.

1.3. Licensing & Usage Restrictions
Standard License: Limited to agreed purposes (personal or limited commercial use).
Extended License: Required for broader or unlimited commercial use.

You may not, without written permission:
Reproduce, resell, or distribute our designs outside the agreed scope.
Upload our designs to print-on-demand platforms (e.g., Redbubble, Society6, Merch by Amazon) unless specifically licensed for this purpose.
Use our designs to create derivative works for resale without an extended license.
Use our designs for NFTs, blockchain-based assets, or digital collectibles without explicit agreement.
Upload, train, or feed our designs into AI models, machine learning systems, or generative AI tools.
Claim authorship of our designs.

Any breach of these terms constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action under Indian and international laws.

1.4. Orders & Payments
All prices are in INR (₹).
Payment is required before delivery unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Prices may change without notice (not affecting confirmed orders).

1.5. Revisions & Refunds
Projects include 2 revisions unless otherwise stated.
Refunds are available only before work begins or in cases of non-delivery.

1.6. Limitations of Liability
We are not liable for:

Printing/production errors caused by third parties.
Losses from unauthorized or unlawful use of our designs.
Indirect or consequential damages.

1.7. User Responsibilities
You warrant that all materials you provide are free of third-party rights infringement.
You are responsible for lawful usage of our designs in your jurisdiction.

1.8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or applicable laws.

1.9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governed by the laws of India.
International disputes resolved via arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seat in Mumbai, India, in English.

Indian disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.
